Hi, I’m kit — business psychologist, mindfulness teacher, and corporate speaker
I found mindfulness over ten years ago, long before I imagined I’d be teaching it. What began as a personal practice — a way to feel calmer, more present, and a little less caught up in my own head — gradually became something I felt called to share.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s in organisational psychology, and I’m a certified mindfulness teacher. My work blends evidence-based practice with warmth and practicality, creating tailored experiences that help individuals and teams build resilience, focus, and self-compassion in ways that actually fit real life.
Today, I offer 8-week programmes, private coaching, and corporate workshops, both virtually and in person. I’m based in London and work with individuals and organisations around the world.
My approach is structured but never rigid. Kind, grounded, and often light-hearted. There’s no pressure to “get mindfulness right”, just space to build skills that strengthen how you show up at work and in life.
At the heart of it all is a simple belief: when we fill our own cup first, we show up clearer, steadier, and more capable — for ourselves and for the people around us.
You’re very welcome here.
My Values
My Values
impact
My goal is to give my clients real, tangible solutions that create lasting change. I take the time to truly listen and understand before I ever offer guidance, because the right solution can only come from genuinely knowing the person or team in front of me.
playfulness
My approach is never stiff or clinical. I believe people do their best growing when they feel at ease, so I keep things warm, light, and human - because real change happens when people feel comfortable enough to show up fully.
integrity
As a psychologist, everything I share is grounded in evidence-based research and real science. I won’t offer a solution I don’t trust - what I bring to my clients will be authentic, tested, and true.
Growth Mindset
I believe success isn’t a destination, it’s a continuous process of learning, evolving, and improving. I encourage my clients to be honest with me when something isn’t working, because that feedback is how we grow together and make the work better.
