Who I Am

What Data I Collect and Why

Contact form submissions: When you fill in my contact form, I collect your name and email address. I use this to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for this is legitimate interest.

Email newsletter sign-ups: If you sign up to my mailing list, I collect your email address (and optionally your name) to send you updates, offers, and content. The legal basis for this is your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email I send.

Booking and enquiry forms: If you submit a booking or enquiry form, I collect the information you provide (such as your name, email, and any details about what you're looking for). I use this to process your enquiry and, where applicable, to set up a coaching arrangement with you. The legal basis is legitimate interest and, where a contract is entered into, the performance of that contract.

Payment information: Payments on this website are processed by Squarespace Payments. I do not store or have direct access to your card details. How Long I Keep Your Data

I keep contact and enquiry data for up to 2 years, or until you ask me to delete it. I keep client records for up to 6 years in line with standard UK business record-keeping requirements. Newsletter subscribers' data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove you.

Who I Share Your Data With

I do not sell your data. I may share it with trusted third-party tools that help me run my business, including:

Squarespace — my website and payment platform

Any email marketing platform I use (e.g. Mailchimp), if applicable

These providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with UK GDPR.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you

• Ask me to correct inaccurate data

• Ask me to delete your data

• Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the legal basis)

• Object to how I use your data
