About These Terms

These terms apply to all services offered by Kit Allgaier, run by me, Kit Allgaier ("I", "me", "my"). By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them before proceeding.

My Services

I offer mindfulness and wellness coaching, including one-to-one coaching, group programmes, corporate workshops, and speaking engagements. The scope, format, and pricing of each service will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Booking and Payment

Full payment (or the agreed deposit) is required to confirm your booking. Prices are displayed on my website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Squarespace Payments.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me as much notice as possible.

More than 48 hours' notice: full refund or free reschedule

Less than 48 hours' notice: no refund, but I will do my best to offer an alternative date

No-shows: non-refundable

For group programmes and workshops, cancellations more than 7 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund. After that point, I'm unable to offer refunds but may be able to transfer your place.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or alternative date.

What I Ask of You

My work is most effective when approached with openness and commitment. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your GP.

I reserve the right to end a coaching relationship if a client's behaviour is abusive, disrespectful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Confidentiality

I treat everything shared in coaching sessions as confidential. The only exceptions are where I have a legal obligation to disclose information, or where I believe there is a serious risk to your safety or the safety of others, or a serious crime has been admitted.

Intellectual Property

All materials I provide — including worksheets, recordings, and programme content — are my intellectual property. They are for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or reproduced without my written permission.

Limitation of Liability

I take my work seriously and am committed to providing a high-quality service. However, results from coaching vary between individuals and I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. My liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
