We begin with a 30-minute intake call so I can learn a little more about you, then move into four 1.5-hour sessions planned entirely around your needs. Each session weaves together mindfulness practices, guided meditation, breathwork, and psychology-informed tools, with space for honest reflection and real conversation. You'll also receive personalised resources and guided meditations to support your practice between sessions.

This work draws on evidence-based approaches from mindfulness and organisational psychology, tailored entirely to you.
