Join me for 8 live online sessions designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and build a sustainable mindfulness practice — wherever you are in the world.
We meet Sundays, 2–3pm EST / 7–8pm GMT, beginning June 7, 2026. Each session weaves together mindfulness teachings, guided meditation, breathwork, and body-based awareness, along with stories, poems, and space for reflection. You'll also receive a personal workbook and recorded guided meditations to support your practice between sessions.
This program draws on evidence-based approaches from MBSR and MBCT, adapted to meet the needs of the group. It may be especially helpful if you're experiencing stress or anxiety, difficulty sleeping, trouble focusing, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others.
Nothing is expected of you except showing up as you are.
